I am happy to announce I am entering into representation with Heuer Publishing for Don Quixote de La Center. Heuer is one of the oldest publishing houses (coming up on 100 years old!) and focuses on community theatres and educational institutions like high schools and colleges. They seem like a great house to work with, were very willing to negotiate the fine points of their contract, and are excited about the script.

The currently-licensed productions (Stage West Community Theatre (opening tomorrow!), Boone Community Theatre opening in April, and Central Wisconsin Area Community Theatre opening in April of 2025) will still be licensed directly through me, but all others will go through Heuer. Not sure on the exact timeline for getting the books ready to print and everything finalized on their end, but it will certainly be not later than late summer.

Very excited for the show to be optioned to a wider audience and perhaps to get a few more productions. And for those of who were in the premiere production, your names will be forever listed in the front matter of the script! Thanks to everyone who helped read drafts, mount the premiere production, and devote your time and talent to developing the script: it couldn't be what it is without you!
